Supporting people managing a lot in building a life that feels good to live, not just looks right on paper.
We’re Poppy & Ellie.
We work with people who are responsible for making decisions, running businesses, or holding a lot together in their life.
On paper, everything works. But in reality, decisions don’t always stick, things need reworking, and pressure builds even when nothing is obviously wrong.
This is not a discipline problem. It is a self trust problem.
We focus on revealing key information behind your work and life through honest reflection, orientation tools, and our FORM cycle, so decisions stay made and things stop needing constant adjustment.
WHY WE DO THIS WORKThis work is for people who recognise this in their own life:
– You’re a business owner or founder, and even when things are working, you are constantly rethinking decisions or adjusting how things run
– You’re in a role or career where you are relied on, but the pressure of holding everything does not reduce over time
– You’re building something new alongside everything else you already carry, and it only works with constant effort and adjustment
– You can see the noise and distraction, but you can’t seem to focus on anything else
– You’re a parent or managing a household, carrying the planning, decisions, and responsibility, and it never fully settles
– You’re navigating a relationship or major life change, and find yourself going over the same decisions without landing clearly
– You can see what should work, and you are capable of following it through, but it does not fully hold in practice
These don’t need fixing.
They need to be understood properly.
WHAT WE DOPower and integrity sit together here.
We offer a way of understanding how you operate.
This includes orientation readings, self study resources, applied work sessions, done with you projects.
We don’t predict outcomes, provide direction, or tell you what to do. We work in an honest, but reflective way that works alongside you, where we genuinely want to get behind your vision, ideas and next steps.
Our layered approach will make clear how decisions form, how energy is generated and used, and how pressure builds within the life you are currently operating in, so that what you are building or carrying can be adjusted to something that holds more consistently with more integrity. Leaving you feeling more personal power, self-acceptance and self-trust.
VALUESWhat we believe to be true…
In most cases people are trying to operate in a way that doesn’t match how they makes decisions, uses energy, or responds to pressure across the course of a real day, week or life.
When that mismatch is not recognised, people tend to compensate by thinking more, doing more, fixing more, or taking on more responsibility in order to make things work, which can be effective for a period of time but usually requires ongoing effort to maintain.
When the underlying pattern is understood clearly, what previously felt difficult or inconsistent often begins to make sense, and from that point, changes can be made without force.

Poppy Repper
FOUNDER
My background spans occupational therapy, mental health, peer support, and the operational side of building and running businesses. At the core of all of it, I am a builder. I see what needs doing in real terms, and I get it done.
I have worked in environments where decisions carry weight, where people rely on what is being built, and where things need to function under pressure.
I have also stepped away from spaces that no longer made sense to me in practice, even when they were established, accepted, or working on the surface.
Across all of it, the same pattern kept appearing. Things can look right, but be creating unease.
Seeing that clearly changes how you live and work.
I work with practices that take that seriously. Patterns held in the body, in family systems, in constellations, and conditioning.
Astrology and Human Design were a starting point of starting to see something beyond what we are told and can physically see and prove.
I work from self-understanding and take responsibility for how I live and build.
I am practical, direct, and hands-on. I pay attention to the details, and I move from there.
Ellie Manning
FOUNDER
My background sits across communications, training, and lived experience leadership, with a particular focus on mental health and peer support spaces — environments where language matters, where decisions carry weight, and where people rely on you to make sense of complex things in real time.
I was often the person doing that. I could take something intricate, structure it clearly, and translate it into something other people could use.
What I started to notice was that even when something was clearly understood, it did not always hold once you were the one responsible for carrying it. I would build something that worked in theory and still need to keep adjusting it in practice. I could hear when something made sense, and also see where it did not fully account for what was actually happening.
That gap — between what is described and what is real — is where most of my attention has been.
Over time that became less about questioning and more about noticing: where decisions form under pressure, how energy moves across a full day, what happens when something looks correct but still requires ongoing adjustment to maintain.
I now have a clear understanding of how I operate, and where things do and do not hold in practice. That is what I bring into this work — not a framework to follow, but a way of seeing what is actually there.
Astrology and Human Design are part of how I work with that. They offer orientation: a way of looking at how someone is built to move through decisions, relationships, and energy — and where they are working against that without realising it.
STORYSame questions.
Different systems.
Poppy and Ellie met in mental health services. Poppy was leading a national peer support contract. Ellie was preparing to travel across America to study peer support in practice. They were working inside established systems. Evidence-based, widely trusted, professionally grounded. And they were both quietly asking questions those systems could not answer.
They were interested in what shapes behaviour, how patterns form, and why the same things repeat even when someone understands what is happening. The frameworks available had language for a great deal. They did not have language for all of it. So they kept going.
That process became personal before it became professional. It moved through their own lives — their decisions, relationships, and the patterns they were living inside — before it became anything they could offer to anyone else.
As that understanding deepened, parts of their work and identity began to fall away. Roles, environments, relationships, and ways of working that no longer made sense were left behind. What remained was more direct. A clearer relationship to themselves, and a way of working that came from that rather than from something they had been trained into.
At a certain point, most people reach the limits of what mainstream approaches can offer. Not because they are wrong, but because they are built to work at scale. There comes a point where you have to step out of that, take responsibility for what you want, and live from what is true for you.
That is where a more individual path begins. One that is not based on a single model or a fixed way of doing things, but on understanding how you operate, what you are here to do and making decisions from that place.
They believe life changes when you understand yourself accurately. Not as an answer, but a practice. When patterns are visible, when decisions are made with clarity, and when what you are carrying is yours to carry, things begin to work differently.
Not because something has been added, but because something has been seen.
This is where
most people begin
With curiosity and an openness to explore what is already happening.
